Michele and I would like to describe the ways in which your familiarity with the housing market was demonstrated. You first tried to determine what type of home and what price range would be practical for your us.  You also insured that finances were pre-approved before making any offers, therefore saving valuable time in the steps. Now, in this day and age these are probably the norm for buying a home.  The next areas are where you truly excel.  You get to know your clients on a personal level to the degree that you are all on the same page when knowing likes and dislikes of a property. You are not afraid to give your opinion with the best interest of your client in mind.  This interaction is key, because this is such a huge step in peoples lives, that the give and take involved in buying a home will result in a perfect match of home and family. 
 
In our case, I know that you and Michele went out on many occasions to look at homes and also knowing that the two of you have lets say strong opinions at times, I am sure that there was plenty of give and take happening.  But, when the right home came along, you acted quickly and professionally.  You made sure that all parties involved were notified and kept up to date.  You also have a wide circle of people to assist if needed, including lawyers, loan officers, inspectors, and tradespeople.  You helped us get the best possible loan rate, our lawyer who we were extremely happy with, and even helped us with boxes for the move
 
Once again, you made the buying and selling of our homes an interesting and enjoyable experience and although we don't intend on moving again in the near future, we would not hesitate to call on you again and recommend you to anyone in the market of buying or selling a home in the area.

Let me just start off by saying that everyone has only said bad things about short sales. After going through the experience with Caryn, I must say that it was challenging, but well worth it.

Caryn is a fabulous Realtor who somehow managed to move heaven and earth for my fiance and I.
